personally if i was Hearn id have fined Allen 100,000 YEN instead
it equates to £10,000 but would have been funny and snake hissed Allen off even more

i think its important to remember Hearn Puts on Tournaments and broadcasting rights.
players discipline or other matters has sod all to do with him.

officially thats the way it works but we all know Hearn ultimatly calls the shots and will be briefed on a lot of decisions and press releases to get his seal of approval before they go public
