the Football Journalist hated it with a passion that it got so much copy on papers that they loved to kick it in to touch and stamp on it neck squeezing the life out of it.
you can just feel the venom still to this day with some of them.

One tiny criticism.
This is supposed to be an explosive, sexy snooker tournament, where players are given microphones to interact with fans and is supposed to be a new breed of charismatic action to get the fans coming in.
Whose idea was it to send an invite to Ali Carter?

Yeah. What if he talks to himself round the table in a different language to the majority of people watching? I don't find this very powerful myself.
