Very difficult to agree with that list but each to their own.

The algorithm may not have taken in to consideration that in head to head match ups Higgins has beaten O'Sullivan more times than not in their most important clashes. Iif you take out Championship League, shot clock matches, and some of the smaller events, Higgins has been the more dominant. And even without that consideration Higgins is still ahead of O'Sullivan.

I'm sure O'Sullivan would swap his 6 World titles with Higgins 4 if that makes him topple Higgins as the number 1 in this list.
