Administrative Error means Hendry not playing in Welsh Open

This whole scenario seems implausible to me. Administrative error? Yeah, right. He's not fooling anyone.

If Hendry doesn't want to play or regrets even announcing a comeback in the first place, just come out and say so.

Why concoct this elaborate lie?

So the draw has been made , where is it listed ? If it hasn't been made surely they could reinstate him at the expense of a top up player .

Draw is not made yet, they use ranking after shoot-out for seeding.
