This is true of both the men and women and women’s game as far as the UK is concerned. There are few good young men coming through also.

Cause men are just superior sportsmen. It's just basic biology, I still don't understand how people cannot understand such a basic concept.

Pot kettle you don't even understand the concept of Snooker

There is a risk this weekend that Reanne could fail to re-qualify for the Pro Tour, although that would take one of herself, Bai Yulu, Mink Nutcharat or Ng On Yee NOT winning the Women's World Championship I think.
It's not as if the women on the Pro Tour are uncompetitive, they are winning a fair number of frames and some matches (Ignoring matches against amateurs and Mink's 4-2 over Reanne - frames won last season just from a quick glance through the records, Bai Yulu 35, Mink Nutcharat 22, Reanne Evans 17, Baipat Siripaporn 11).

Only upon marriage, if she can snare a husband.

Presume this is Amee Kamani's 107 break in the group stage (not quite highest of the tournament, Bai Yulu had a 112 as well as breaking down on 12th red on a maximum attempt in another match). Amee's been in the cluster of players just a touch down from the ones that make the pro ranks for a while.
Mink Nutcharat had a 95 break in one of her matches ,and Jessica Woods has had an 85 break. Reanne's had an 80 break and 3 other half centuries. Looks like five half centuries so far for Ng On Yee.

Reanne’s time at the top of the women’s game is well and truly over. The standard is far better than what she faced in her pomp.

For what it’s worth, they could start the WC a day earlier (on the Friday), then on the final Saturday the women can have a one-day tournament, which will give the world finalists a day off in between semi and final. Will be good way of promoting the women’s game by them playing at the Crucible.
So 8 women get guaranteed prize money and play at every venue, nice work if you can get it

Standard overall is much more competitive these days last time the woman game was this competitive round about 2003 the year Reanne first won Kelly Fisher had just left to pool at that time Reanne had it all her own way most of the time Ng on Yee then Mink and Now Bai Yulu but this season Reanne Evans has won 2 events so she does hold her own with the other 3 top players Ng On Yee won 3 Events, Mink won 2 events and Bai Yulu won 2 events
