Ok, true or false.
Snooker was invented by Neville Chamberlain who would later go on to be the British prime minister best known for his policy of appeasement with regard to the Nazis?

Both. Snooker, as we know it, was invented by Neville Chamberlain but not the same one who was Prime Minister some fifty years later.
There was also a Neville Chamberlain who played for Stoke City in the 80s; brother of fellow pro’ Mark, who fathered Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. None of these chaps invented a cue sport or went into politics either.

False: Sir Neville was best known for inventing snooker. Appeasing Hitler was his hobby.
