It Started in 1992 as part of the Qualifying school at Blackpool?

Yes. The whole of the qualifiers were played in September 1992, when O'Sullivan was still only 16.

Danny Fowler had 7 months to contemplate his match with Stephen Hendry and he lost the first session 9-0!

Nope, nothing to do with winning their first title in Aus!

Clue: They are the only three to have done two of something (In Bingham's case you could say three)

Did they all play the same former world champion more than once at the Crucible? I.e. Bingham played Hendry in 2000 and 2012.

Yes - all three are the only ones to have drawn the reigning World Champion in the First Round at the Crucible
