So here's a new game.
The question setter gives a clue using only two words. The answer is a snooker player. I've no idea if this will work. Here goes.
Here's the first clue:
Matthew Perry

He may not be a snooker player, the name just came to me. He might be an actor.
Matthew Perry was the bloke who was Chandler in Friends wasn't he?

Chandler Bing, yes.
I just looked up Chandler Riggs. He's an actor who played Carl in The Walking Dead, which I'm actually midway through watching. Good show :)

Got there in the end, even if it took me an embarrassing number of guesses.
Here is my one:
Articulated bareback

Hmmm...
Let's see now....
Articulated? That could mean, like, an articulated lorry. I think there's a brand of truck called DENNIS, I'm sure I've seen that on the front of trucks before.
The only Dennis I know off the top of my head is Taylor, but how does Taylor fit with... oh, wait, a Taylor would often be dealing with a customer's bare back, it can work!
Dennis Taylor?

Similarly outlandish reasoning from me.
Neal Foulds
The KNEE is where the leg is articulated. Neal
Someone who takes their top off, then FOLDS it to put it away.
Reading this back, I'm embarrassed!

Afraid not, I love the justification for Foulds.
I think I've made this one a bit too hard, so I'll give away that I'm going for a cryptic crossword vibe with the clue (although it's probably too messy to be a good clue), I'll also say that you should be thinking of the other meaning of articulated.

Zhou Yuelong?
The emperors of the Zhou Dynasty all had lots of horses for their chariots. So that’s the bareback. Long... as in articulated?
I’m stumped! But love the game

articulated in crossword parlance could just indicate an homophone (to articulate = to speak). so something that sounds like bareback, or a word meaning bareback.
bare sounds like bear, which is ursa in latin. so ursenbacher is my tenuous guess.
