Yes, indeed, it was the latest entry to join the Greed League Money List.

Interestingly Merse, then an out-and-out striker failed to score in 9 appearances (2 as sub) for third division Brentford, but hit 3 goals in only 5 starts for Arsenal in the first division after returning to Highbury at the back-end of the season.

One was 'the Royal Oak', although it change its name a few years back to something else, I don't remember what

The other had a generic dull name 'the New Inn' I think it was.
