Market Street

Nothing correct so far (doesn't have to have "street" in it, just mean a street/road/etc)

Pudding Lane was one of the first examples in the world of what kind of road?

Not cobbled, which apparently dates back to the 3rd/4th centuries.

Not pavements either which Wikipedia tells me have been around for at least 4,000 years!

Neither of those.

Clue: it’s a particular type of road that still exists today and causes consternation for drivers particularly if they’re not familiar with the area.
