Surprised nobody’s got it yet actually.
This was said by one player with reference to another - they’d been involved in an on-table controversy which still gets mentioned today.
It’s fair to say that, so far, the player has got his wish, although he’s probably not happy about which two of the three words have not come true.

The player in question is Scottish. The guy he’s referring to had won the World Championship in spectacular style and has had a more successful career.
