In a 16 player tournament with a random unseeded draw, what is the percentage (%) chance of say Trump & O'Sullivan being drawn in the same half of the draw?

Once one player is in the draw, there are 15 possible positions in the draw for the other player to be placed. 7 are on the same side as player one, and the remaining 8 are on the other side.
So it's a 7/15 chance they will be on the same side of the draw, or 47%.
