cant afford to miss when hes in like he did against Carter.
but Dotts all round game will frustrate Trump to having a go at one to many.
Trump's been having a go all week and boy has it served him well

Robbo was a cross between being blind and being legless.
it was not a grat match and Robbo played poor most of the match so that wasent a real test of him.
thats why i said Dott potting is the key to the match.

Dott has never lost a crucible QF, apparently that's a rule so Trump has a 0% chance.

I am really looking forward to this match tomorrow. The talent and flair of Judd Trump and against the gritty match play of Graeme Dott.

really difficult to call however i would like to see trump wim it will be better for snooker as he a new kid on the block
this will be a far tougher match than against gould because of the way dott plays and his experience here trumps style is far more suited to play someone like gould than dott
we will learn more about judds matchplay and temperament if we not learned anything about that already over the last few weeks

One thing we know about Dott is that he has the heart of a lion, great temperament, one of the best match players around today and thrives at The Crucible. Trump is a massive talent and great potter but even his fans must realise he is heading into unknown territory now. By that I mean he has never got this far at the Crucible before so how will his bottle, nerve and temperament hold up. Yes I know he won the China Open but this is the unique atmosphere and tension of The Crucible. If he can handle the situation and win the lion's share of tactical exchanges he wins I reckon. At the moment my money would be on Dott.

Prime example in the 4th frame

It was indeed and enlightening. I mean by that if you consider that Dott had never lost a World Quarter-Final until today (an impressive record) it makes Judd's performance even more impressive. Strikes me as a pattern emerging as well with the new or relatively new kids on the block in the top half of the draw (Trump, Ding and Selby) and the lower half of the draw the old hands of the 1990's school (Williams, O'Sullivan and Higgins).
Fantastic play by Judd Trump and hats off to him.

Trump's been class. Awesome to watch some of the shots he makes. Some achievement what he's done over the last month or so considering he'd not done much else this season, fair play to him
