Selby's last title win is fairly irrelevant, he's played extremely solid snooker this match.
"In form" doesn't have to mean he's been playing strong consistent snooker for several events. A player can be in form for just one match.

not watching it live...Hendry hit the blue on the break off again? WTH is going on with him? Goes a whole career without doing that and suddenly in the span of a year does it multiple times. ARGGGGHH!!!

Indeed, I think GJ wants to assert that Robbo is still better than him and felt that stat was relevant ... lol

Typical Hendry.
Whens he last produced a top drawer performance and win against a player higher in the rankings than him?

i didnt see the match to be fair, some of us have a job
anyway, back to my point, regardless of how well Selby played the question was when did Hendry beat a player above him?
Im honestly struggling to remember?

Ebdon acquited himself well and was the consumate professional as always.
Losing to the Masters champion was no disgrace.
Anyway Ebdons doing better than Hendry these days so get your own house in order first

Hendry played better and more consistently than I've seen him for a long time.
You will hear what he had to say about it as soon as the post-match is made available.
