Well there is always a BIG shock 1st or 2nd round. Day losing to Davis was a shock but not a big one, Murphy losing from 8-1…another planet

I don't like Greene, he's about as Irish as Winston Churchill, but I despise Murphy (very good player, but just can't stand him, sorry). Come on Gerrard...

I can't believe I got the correct score bonus given that Green was 9-2 down.
Anyway I didn' see Allen's 146 but I am sure it was quality.
Nice little fact - there have been less offical 146's than there have 147's.

I guess it's a much easier break if you've got the pink early on because it takes the pressure away from having to play perfectly for the 147 ...

right what can we expect from the nugget tonight ?
persanally if he gets 3 frames it will have been job well done...if he holds or leads Higgins it would go down as a mirracle.

I was delighted that Davis got through the other night but now is a different story. I have Higgins down for a max, so IF he gets far enough in front we might see an attempt

I'm loving Willie Thorne's recent sporting reference.... Buster Douglas only just beat Mike Tyson, in 1990.
