It is a bit of a lottery this one. I have no idea which players will thrive under these odd conditions, it might depend on who is prepared to take it seriously.
Hi SundayGirl.
Somebody told me I should enter.

Liang Wenbo has withdrawn from the Shootout because of illness. Tony Drago gets a walkover.

Dont understand the Walk Over in this .
its not a Ranking event nobody has lost in Qualifying theres another 32 Tour Players there plus god Knows How many Blackpool based Amateurs so why Not Replace Wenbo

It's an interesting point, actually. Surely in a 10 minute frame match, nobody is going is going to care if you whacked in whoever is 65th in the world. In fairness, you could come out and ask if anybody in the crowd has a cue on them to give it a go, with the crowd barely feeling short changed.

More importantly, how will Liang Wenbo's exit affect the prediction league?

I'm gutted now. I was looking forward to getting home from work tomorrow, kicking back with a few ales and watching my favourite Chinese in the Shootout.

I just did my predictions a minute ago and had Wenbo in my Top 10. I was a bit snake hissed off he was on first because I wont be home until about 6.30 and was going to miss him and Drago which was the one I was looking forward to.

These days Drago is pretty useless when he isn't panicking.
