last year seeded draw for last 16 went:
1 v 13
11 v 5
8 v 16
12 v 4
3 v 14
10 v 7
6 v 16
9 v 2
that's the first time I've seen a seeded draw like that. It's usually 1 v 16 and 2 v 15 etc but based on last year it would mean:
Ding v Ebdon (pupil v mentor)
Dott v Williams
Murphy v Fu (wasn't that the final a couple of years ago?)
Higgins v Allen

Carter v Cope (Crucible rematch)
Hendry v O'Sullivan
Maguire v Fu

It doesn't just rely on the top-16 members winning. It also relies on the draw being identical to the one Sonny just invented.
