ive got to ask the obvious question with this particular format of roll on and roll off and we know how late this format can go on for why is there 2 tables not being used from 9am ??? very strange

I presume none of the amateurs in this PTC event will be playing in the World Open preliminary rounds? A bit unfair as some of them may have qualifed.

Why not? There are plenty of World Open qualifying events run in the coming weeks and I don't see why they would not enter. I know of one at least who will : Joel Walker.

yes that right, an unfortunate clash of dates.
However all the non Rileys clubs that are holding qualifying tournments arent holding theirs this wknd so theres hope yet for these guys. We want the best of the rest in the World Open draw, would make a mockery of it if a load of nobodies made it through to Glasgow cos these amateurs are double booked at the PTC this weekend

I haven't hit a poxy ball in 2 months & its my wedding anniversary this week-end. I've 2 hopes of getting down there & the first one is no hope & the second one is Bob.

Due to the volume of matches at the Players Tour Championship events, we will not be running live scoring on worldsnooker.com for the time being.
We will be providing latest results via the drawsheet as well as editorial reports throughout the event.

Dont think so wild. They just want to wait for the game to finish in order to update the scroe. it should be 3-3 something. They had Stevens trailing 1-3 for 2 hours now...
