im not overly confident for this one as robbo hasnt a good record in this tournament

I would have expected a fair few shocks but looking at the qualifiers I just can't see how most of the top 16 will lose. Allen/Dott, Williams/Cope and Ebdon/Trump look about the closest to an upset in terms of ranking positions.

there is no official thread dedicated to the countdown to china however as it stands it is

Its a sham only 50% of the matches in the first couple of rounds will be televised.

I have to say though that the tournament proper (for me) starts on Tuesday, none of my favourite qualifiers are playing WC matches

yup but not half as much of a sham as it is for the UK.
