I would have expected a fair few shocks but looking at the qualifiers I just can't see how most of the top 16 will lose. Allen/Dott, Williams/Cope and Ebdon/Trump look about the closest to an upset in terms of ranking positions.

Its a sham only 50% of the matches in the first couple of rounds will be televised.
I have to say though that the tournament proper (for me) starts on Tuesday, none of my favourite qualifiers are playing WC matches
